First click "select" next to your client opportunity name on the dashboard.
Agents can now reschedule their class time – up to 3 days before class starts.
An agent will only be able to switch to another class time if additional times are offered for the same class period and providing seats are available. If the time is not displayed or says "full" then the agent may not move to that course time.
It is important to note that if an agent chooses to switch to a new course time, any pre-work they may have completed will be lost and must be re-done.
If the time you wish to change to is available, select the class time that you would like to participate in.
Lastly click on " Reschedule class time".
