Upon certification you will be assigned a chatroom to use while you service. There will be chat pf supervisors ready to assist you if you feel "stuck" or need help while on a call. Be sure to watch the chat room in between calls, you can learn a lot there. If you feel stuck or unsure of a situation you can also always post in chat. As there are several servicing members, we encourage you to use your client system resources before posting in chat so that you can assist your customers in a timely manner.
