AUX
We should log into Avaya 1 minute before the interval begins. 

Avaya will automatically go in AUX. 

You will then 'Auto In' and begin taking calls. 

Once your interval is nearing end, during your last call closing,  click AUX. This will prevent another call from coming in.  Once the call ends... immediately "log out".  Do not stay in AUX after your last call ends.
